Can I use Multiple APIS at the same time?

Hi

I currently have a Rithmic data feed subscription and was thinking about adopting one or two of their APIs. I am thinking about running multiple APIs at one time to implement multiple methods I have been developing.

Is this possible?

Hello @Jeje Welcome to the Community Board!

I think what you mean is using multiple futures trading accounts with the Rithmic API.
You have several options to implement it:

  1. You can open multiple futures trading accounts, deposit funds in each, and then receive a unique user ID for each account to operate your method with the Rithmic API.

  2. The second option is to have a Control/Block Account where you place your funds, and at the same time, all the other accounts where you are running your strategies would be crossed-margined to the main trading account.

  3. The last option is to have one account and run multiple strategies, but you will have to keep the performance of each strategy.
