CQG Web API or Fox API?

I have just installed Sierrachart with CQG, but the username and password work only with the Web API.
How can I make it work with the FIX? one last question do you know what would be the differences between the two in terms of speed and execution?

Hello Bob, this is something that our FCM has to do on their end in order to change that.
As far as we know, Sierra likes CQG FIX API, but we can say that all customer experience delay.
Some prefer the CQG Web API so they can access CQG Mobile with the same credentials.
