Download OHLC + Moving average values

Hi,

When downloading OHLC and volume data on mt5 - is there a way to also include moving average values in that file too?

I have tried saving the chart but only download OHLC, Volume and time.

Thanks for your question.

I think what you are looking for is a moving average indicator, I don’t believe you need to download anything additional.

To apply the moving average indicator to your chart, simply navigate to Insert > Indicators > Trend > Moving Average as shown in the screenshot below:

From there you need to insert the proper parameters in the Moving average parameters window:

Once you select OK, the simple moving average indicator will overlay your chart. You can see the moving average indicator displayed as a red line over my chart in the screenshot below:
