I have been trialling the CTS desktop version. I am primarily looking to trade spreads and options strategies. Looking a a spread ZMK2020 - ZLK2020 the price difference should be about 290 but the spread is showing at about 1120. Has that been altered to an equity spread?

We reached out to CTS support in regards to the questions you asked and they actually had a few questions for you to help troubleshoot the situation you encountered.
Are talking about a spread between the Soybean Meal and Soybean Oil? If so, it sounds like you might be using the CTS Tradesniper which allows you to build your own custom spreads.
Can you please confirm that you did use the Tradesniper and that those products that you mentioned are the correct ones? CTS mentioned that if you are using the Tradesniper in combination with the products that you mentioned, they will see if they can build a spread for you and then you can load it into your settings and see if it is correct.

Hi Jake, that is all correct. I did manage to build the spread however the values didn’t seem correct. I was expecting a value of about 290 but instead I got about 1100?

Thank you very much for the prompt response.
CTS is looking into this for you and is going to attempt to create a spread for you with the contracts you are after. Once this has been completed, we will update this thread.
Hopefully, this will accurately reflect the correct values you were looking for!

Following up on our last post:
Please download the following file from CTS which contains the spread you are looking for: Gofile - Free Unlimited File Sharing and Storage
To load this spread, save the file to your computer in a location that you will remember. Then, log into CTS T4 and open the TradeSniper Custom Strategies window. Then, right click in the list of custom strategies, click the “import” choice, and select where you saved the file mentioned above. That will load it into your strategy list so that you can open a ladder/chart and try it. Just make sure you saves your workspace if it works so that you don’t have to import it again!
If needed, CTS mentioned they will provide us with a run down of changes that were made to the following file!
