Historical Data for Futures Contracts

Hi, I can not understand why if I have a day timeframe with 20 years period, I have only candles for almost 2 years only. I have the same problem wiht the weekly timeframe. You can see the pic below.

I would suggest that you try to use the “Front month” contracts on Rithmic when trying to access a large amount of historical data.

When adding a symbol as a Rithmic user, rather than choosing the specific contract month, please select the front month which should give you much more historical data as shown below:

When choosing a specific contract month such as the ESU3, Rithmic typically only shows historical data dating back from the origination of that specific year’s contract.
