No Data to display

I created a trial account two days ago. Was able to receive data feeds, dom, and charts.
I noticed there was an upgrade available and did that.
Since that upgrade I no longer receive data.
the far right it shows “No Connection” and I am logged onto the portal.

I cannot remember how to connect to the data feed.

Anybody out there willing to through me a lifeline.

Hi @frits Welcome to our community forum! I see you’re trying out Optimus Flow(?). If this is just a demo, please note there is a 2 week trial period. However, if you are an existing customer, you’ll want to log in with your production credentials to switch between demo and live environments.

This is a trial account and it was created on Saturday, Aug 26 - two days ago

when I log onto this screen:

And get this response from the platform: (I copied a small section here)

Remember that I was able to see charts and DOM ladders but AFTER the upgrade I could not see any data.

I am not sure if this is where I make the mistake:-

I am new to FUTURES and not familiar with the codes (I have done spot trading for over two years and starting my journey into using the DOM Ladder)

I signed out of OptimusFlow and signed in again to check that is correct:

So it seems like I am using the correct login details and logged onto the platform like I should!

Am I correct?

I have a session booked with Jake later today - and sent specific questions to be answered.

I used the wrong password to connect to data flow :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
