I created a trial account two days ago. Was able to receive data feeds, dom, and charts.
I noticed there was an upgrade available and did that.
Since that upgrade I no longer receive data.
the far right it shows “No Connection” and I am logged onto the portal.
I cannot remember how to connect to the data feed.
Anybody out there willing to through me a lifeline.
Hi @frits Welcome to our community forum! I see you’re trying out Optimus Flow(?). If this is just a demo, please note there is a 2 week trial period. However, if you are an existing customer, you’ll want to log in with your production credentials to switch between demo and live environments.
