R | Trader disable logging out on connection loss?

How do I disable automatic log out on loss of connection? It is quite annoying to have to load the whole platform again, so I’m thinking there must be a way to do it. They wouldn’t overlook something so basic, would they?

As far as I know, when you log into R Trader, you are essentially logging into the Rithmic data feed at the same time. Unlike some platforms where there are two separate logins, R Trader only provides one.

In events such as a disconnection, I believe the entire platform shuts down along with the data feed since it is only one login. So to answer your question, I am not aware of a way to disable the automatic log out upon disconnection. I think the platform is simply structured this way.

I will reach out to the Rithmic developers about this, but as far as I know this is not a supported feature on their platform.
