R | Trader pro connect with Bookmap enable plugin error

I’m trying to connect my bookmap with R trader pro i enabled “Plugin mode” on Bookmap and “Allow Plug-ins” on R | Trader pro but it still log me out every time i open them together . I’m connecting with the same user on both softwares still log me out because i’m “connected in another computer” .

Any idea how i can solve it?

Thanks for your question and welcome to the community forum!

This feature is a bit new, so we are still processing things ourselves, but please make sure that the instance of R Trader Pro you are logging into has Allow Plug-Ins enabled to the right of Market Data. Once you are logged into R Trader Pro, you should then be able to log in without issue on Rithmic’s new Bookmap Plugin.

Also, you need to make sure that the Bookmap plugin for market data’s Gateway is set to Rithmic Trader Pro (on this machine). We’ve just created a video that covers this topic and how to configure this on R Trader Pro’s end, so feel free to take a look and follow the steps:

If you are still encountering this issue, you may need to contact your broker and have them increase your Max Session Count For Orders field on Rithmic’s backend.

I had Rithmic Trader Pro Demo for 14 days, and now I would like to purchase just the package of CME data to be used on other charting platforms - Multicharts, Bookmap. I can’t seem to find the link for sales of the proper package. Any advice there? Rithmic support themselves seem to be pretty laid back - calling, emailing - a lady took my name and company info, said someone will call me last week - have not heard back… is that typical experience?

Thanks for your question and welcome to the community forum.

At this time, the only way we are able to provide Rithmic and CME exchange data outside of our 14 day trial is through a live account. If this is something you are interested in, you will likely need to apply and open a live account through us.

We are working with Rithmic on a payment system that would allow us to create paper trading accounts for our users in the event their trials expire and they would like more time, but currently, we have no way of providing this without a live account.

Hello Jake, i have a problem with supercharts, i can t download more that 10 days of data. Do you have any method to export from trader pro?

If you don’t mind me asking, which data feed are you using? Rithmic?

There may be a setting or two on the backend you may need to change, but please let me know about which data feed you are on so we can address these settings!

It is hard to determine why you may be having an issue with historical data without seeing what settings you have configured in your platform.

Please attempt to configure your platform as shown in the video above and if historical issues persist, I have another suggestion.
