Rithmic: Failure to process modify order


Using Rithmic with SC.

This morning, I have received constant error messages:

“Rithmic Trading | Failure with order with Service Order ID: xxxxx. om_process_modify_order_list: 6 | 2020-02-28”

When I turn on the internal Sim mode for SC. I am able to modify orders without errors.

But, when I turn on Live Trading, I can’t adjust Stops or Targets. And when using a Trailing Stop Rithmic won’t allow the Stop to move based on price.

Could you let me know how I can fix this problem.

Thank you for your question and for addressing this on the phone with me earlier this morning.

Like we spoke about and for any additional users that may stumble upon this post, the issue here seems to be on the Sierra Chart side of things, not Rithmic. This has been determined through troubleshooting and using other platforms for order entry that support Rithmic. It seems contingent orders on Sierra Chart using the Rithmic data feed is where this issue is originating from.

We are currently investigating this and will follow up with you as soon as we have an answer!
