I have an Optimus account setup with CQG, Sierra Charts and AMP. Can I also use my CQG credentials to trade via CQG Desktop and CQG Mobile if necessary because of software failure, Internet problems etc?
Your CQG credentials will work on CQG Desktop. As long as you have a live CQG trading account, you can use the credentials interchangeably across multiple platforms.
In case you use the CQG credentials on your phone when leave your monitor: Please make sure you log out of Sierrachart. File–Disconnect. Also, I will PM you the emergency 24 desk number if necessary.
