Hi, I’ve followed the starter guide instructions provided when I received the Overbought.IO indicator, but now I am stuck once I apply the template.
The top portion of the chart still works, but the entire bottom portion is empty and I am not asked to insert the license key like it is shown in your guide and installation video.
Any idea what is going on here?

We notice this issue typical arrises when a user does not globally enable DLL Imports before applying the indicator template. There are some circumstances where the platform will allow users to proceed past this point, but the indicator will not work as intended.
Before you even attempt to add the indicator to your platform, I would suggest heading to Tools > Options.
From there, activate the Expert Advisors tab. Once on the expert advisors page, make sure the Allow DLL imports feature is Enabled as shown in the screenshot below.
Once global DLL Imports have been enabled, I would suggest to restart the platform and restart the installation process from step 1. After you apply the indicator template, then you can right-click within your chart, head over to the indicator list, and then apply your license key.
As mentioned above briefly, in some circumstances the platform will allow users to proceed to the point of license key activation without globally enabling DLL imports. As shown in the screenshot below, within the indicator list, there is a section that allows users to Allow DLL Imports. This is NOT the correct setting. This feature must be globally enabled within tool settings as demonstrated above, otherwise, users can expect errors when applying their indicator.
