There are multiple reasons you may have not received data for your MultiCharts.Net data.

First, we need to clarify. Did you not receive a username and password for CQG data? If not, you may no longer be eligible for a demo. Please keep in mind that users are only eligible for one CQG demo per year according to CME regulations. If this is the case, you will also likely receive an email with the subject: Demo Allowance Exceeded.

If you have received CQG credentials and cannot get a contract to populate on your chart or DOM, then this is an easy fix. You simply need to connect each futures symbol individually.
