SC Session Start/end time for CME ES

Hello,

What should be used in “Start Time”, “End Time” and “Evening Start”, “Evening End Time” for the intraday ES charts within Sierra?

Thanks for your question!

This ultimately comes down to your local timezone and the timezone setting you have applied in Data Trade Service Settings. It sounds like you might be trying to configure custom sessions, so I would recommend having your Start time at the US Open: 9:30am EST and end time at 5 PM EST.

For evening start: 6 PM Est and for Evening end: 9:30AM Est.

That being said, futures contracts are typically traded 23 hours a day. Customizing these start and end times would merely be for asthetic purposes.
