Sierra with Rithmic data

Am unable to connect Sierra to the Rhithmic data feed. It appears that it connects temporarily and then disconnects. Can connect to other data services without issue. Any ideas? Response from Sierra is it is a Rhithmic issue or firewall issue. Have no firewall enabled.

We have checked the credentials on our side and they seem to be ok and working.
This could be a generic issue so I appreciate you positing it here, and we will inform Sierra to see if they can help.

These series of error messages upon the initial connection are quite unusual. We have not really seen them from the Rithmic API before. Are you connecting from a network within a business environment? Or is this from a home connection?

We will have to send the diagnostic log to Rithmic. Make certain that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Enable Diagnostic Logging is checked.

The log file will be in the Sierra Chart Logs subfolder in the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to on your system. It can be sent to support AT Sierra Chart.com.

Downloaded the most current version of Sierra and am able to connect to the Rhithmic data feed.
