What are the symbols in CQG for the S&P 500, NASDAQ, DOW30 and the Russel indexes both cash and E-mini?

Is there a chart the lists the different futures contracts and the value per point?

Here is a list of the most frequent traded futures symbols on the CQG data feed and how to format the base symbol: http://help.optimusfutures.com/35228/article/97145

Please note, CQG recently changed their Futures contract symbols to accurately reflect the year of the contract. For example, the previous contract for the December 2018 E-Mini S&P would have been EPZ8, now it is constructed as EPZ18 so please note this change when entering futures symbols.

Simply search the description of the contract you’d like to trade and CQG provides its users with up to date contract names, symbols, exchanges, and trading months.
