Volume profile not filling in

I have an issue today with the volume profile not filling in properly. I first noticed it on my lower time frame charts so I checked the settings and didn’t see anything wrong so I closed the application and opened it back up and then I saw that volume profile data was missing from my daily charts. You can see a price level I marked in red where there used to be data but its not showing up anymore. I have “full chart range” selected so Im not sure whats going on.

I saw a similar post from Feb of 2022 (Full chart range volume profile does not seem to work) saying that is might be a Rithmic data issue. I am wondering if a several years later this is still whats going on.

Have you tried to right-click your chart > reload history (server)?

We have attempted to replicate this on our end and do not seem to have the same gap you are referring to. Please keep in mind historical volume data and historical tick data from Rithmic can take longer times to load - this data is also limited on Rithmic’s servers and very intensive from a data consumption standpoint.

Rithmic allows a maximum of 40000000000 Bytes / 40 GB of historical data download each week. Once you exhaust your allotment of data for the week your access to historical market data will suspended for the remainder of the week until Rithmic conducts server maintenance on Sunday. We have observed users that load large amounts of historical tick or volume data can potentially reach this limit before the week is over.

If right-click your chart > reload history (server) does not change anything, it could be possible that you have reached your weekly allowance of historical data.

When opening new charts, do you have any issues loading historical data on them?
